The purpose of these Procedures is to advise those implementing projects financed in whole or in part by budget or a loan from the Infrastructure and Development Bank of Zimbabwe [IDBZ] of the policies that govern the procurement of goods, works, and nonconsulting services. The Budget/Loan Agreement governs the legal relationships between the Service provider / Borrower and the Bank, and the Procedures are made suitable to procurement of goods, works, and non-consulting services for the projects being implemented as provided in the Agreement.
