Dear Customer
Due to recently announced COVID-19 measures resulting in a two-week Level 4 National Lockdown effective Tuesday 29 June 2021 ,the Bank has revised branch operating hours from 8am to 2.30pm effective 02July 2021.
New RTGS Cut-Off Times
The RTGS cut-off time has also been adjusted. The RTGS window will now close at 10am Monday-Friday, until further notice. All payments done after hours can be queued in the system for processing on the next business day as per normal procedure.The health and safety of our customers, staffand service providesis central to our operations. We are all advised to observe and maintain the COVID-19 prevention protocols. Stay Safe.
