The Infrastructure and Development Bank of Zimbabwe (“IDBZ”) wishes to advise its clients and valued stakeholders that the legal case in which IDBZ and its partners (the Consortium) were suing Great Geeeees Property Investments Holdings Group (Private) Limited, an entity owned and/or controlled by one Mr. MMM Gapare has now been concluded in favour of the Consortium. The litigation was borne out of unfounded and malicious allegations peddled by Great Geeeees Property Investments Holdings Group concerning the integrity and legitimacy of the Clipsham Housing Project and the site on which it is being developed.
