Housing

The project is targeted at developing 704 low density residential stands, 26 service industrial stands, 24 institutional stands and 16 commercial stands, 5km outside Masvingo town along the Masvingo – Beitbridge highway.

The bank is embarklng on a project to extend Glen Forest Memorial Park by 10,000 grave units. Glen Forest Memorial Park (GFMP) is a privately owned upmarket cemetery that is located just beyond the Borrowdale Suburb of Harare.

IDBZ has identified a potential housing scheme in Partnership with a Private Housing Developer in Mt. Pleasant, Harare. The project would entail the servicing of low density residential stands, commercial stands, institutional stands and estates on a 119 hectares piece of land.

As an answer to such initiatives, the IDBZ seeks to partner Zimplats Pvt Ltd in the development of a high density housing scheme for their employees in Chegutu.
