The IDBZ has identified a potential housing scheme in Partnership with a Private Housing Developer in Mt. Pleasant, Harare. The identified property is a farm called Remainder of Sumben, Mt. Pleasant Township. The project would entail the servicing of low density residential stands, commercial stands, institutional stands and estates on a 119 hectares piece of land. The total development cost of the project is estimated at US$5.86 million.
